The signing categories in the Auslan for Childcare/Kindergarten Educators course are organized to mirror the teaching approach used in childcare centers, kindergartens, and with families of Deaf children. While following this structure is not mandatory, we believe it provides the most effective method for learning the fundamentals of Auslan and expanding upon them as you advance through the course videos.

If you are finding the signing too quick to follow, click or tap on the gears icon on the bottom right hand corner of the video and then click/tap "speed". By default, the videos are set to x1, you can reduce it to .75 or .5 if you wish.

Every video comes with a downloadable PDF that displays all the signs and sentences covered. It is recommended to download and print this document, as it will serve as a useful reference throughout the course.
